Love is in the air this year, and for those who choose to celebrate Valentine’s Day at Delta Charlie’s, Dallas’ signature dinner and flight opportunity, that air will be thousands of feet up! North Texas’ most romantic couples experience is at its best during the Valentine’s Day season, and reservations will fill quickly during the week surrounding Valentine’s Day, which falls on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Delta Charlie’s is conveniently located at the Grand Prairie Municipal Airport.

While normally only available Wednesday – Sunday, for Valentine’s Day celebrants the experience will be available from Friday, Feb. 9 – Sunday, Feb. 18. Dinner and flight packages for two begin at $300 and include a luxe three-course dinner. The dinner begins with a Caesar salad. Then, diners choose from among four entrees, including:

• Artichoke pasta with chicken
• Tilapia with wild rice and mixed vegetables
• NY strip steak with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables
• Vegetarian pasta with mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash in a marinara sauce.

The dinner ends with a beautifully plated New York-style cheesecake.

A full array of wines and specialty cocktails are available for additional purchase.

Then, couples take to the sky for a romantic private flight across North Texas, where they can bask in the evening light while enjoying an unparalleled view of the Dallas skyline.

Romantic experiences can be enhanced with several optional add-ons, including:

• One dozen wrapped roses, $65
• One dozen wrapped roses and Champagne on ice, $120 and up
• Extended flight time, $175

Additionally, a custom proposal package can be created that even includes providing access to friends and family on the tarmac as your romantic flight lands.
